Goden's problem is because your link have the the " symbol.
if you use [url=xxx][/url] this tag, you don't have to set the ". like [url="xxx"][/url] it will have the error.
this is a bug of this forum.. ill fix it later...
( i had fix those problem from your contents. )

Youtube can play the HD, but cannot downloaded the source file just like vimeo does.
