i don't use sanding discs. i use either ceramic cutting, or metal cutting. metal cutting seems to work better.

I should take a good look at the tool store to know what ceramic disc or metal disc are.

What about the hardness of your pads? Are they stiff or soft?

the pads are stiff. i don't think they will work very well unless you have a very sharp grind. they are very good though.

the booster is a trialtech carbon fiber one. you can find them at www.trialspads.com

Will the rim wear out very fast as long as you grind away the surface of rim every couple days?

they last about a year or so. by then it's time to get a new wheel anyways.

A year for your use is quite acceptable, I found some metal grind disc on catalogue, there are three type of discs, fine medium and coarse, Which is better for the rims?

the actual roughness of the disc is not that important, since you're just using the sharp edge of the disc. each disc is only good for about 4-5 grinds, then it isnt sharp enough anymore. over here i can buy 20 discs for about 5 dollars canadian from my friend who works in construction. i can send them to taiwan haha!

It will run out a great fortune just because the pads thing and disc thing.

Is your disc brand "BOSCH"? made in Germany.

When the brake make a braking noise, is that true the greater noise means more powerful brake?

the rotor is a ashima from taiwan. they do a lot of oem for other companies, such as rockman bikes. you may see them with different branding here and there.

as for the rotor noise, it depends on the type of noise. if you're brake is leaking and the rotor is contaminated, it'll make a lower frequency honking noise. it's really hard to tell just by the noise though
