There have a problem in your rear wheel hopping, the problem is that you use the arm to hop the bike too much. Try to relax your arm and try to focus and use your both feet to hop the bike more, this feeling is more like that you are kicking the bike pedal to make it hopping with you.
If you always try to focus on your upper body for the hopping, you may wast lots of energy for using your arm to pull up your rigid and heavy legs through the bike. Just use the same concept that you used your foot hopping on the ground without the bike, your arms and upper body only used to be assisted for your hopping movement.
