neon sent me this born 24" prototype to test. the 26 and 20 born frames will carry over the same tube design. you can't tell from the picture, but the downtube and the seat stays seem to be hydroformed, and have a peculiar shape. it also features a one piece integrated chain stay/bb yoke, which makes the frame incredibly stiff! this frame is perfectly aligned, and was the easiest frame i've ever built up.
still need to lace my neon 24" rims to my hope and neon hubs. the wheels on it right now are just temporary. it has no chain and brakes as of now, but just by playing on it outside of my house for 10 minutes, i can tell that i am going to like this bike a lot. i will write a full review with more pictures and videos once the bike is finished!
wow...can't wait to read the review...I'm considering purchasing a new 20" bike but I personally prefer 26" tho I might be riding better on a 20" one...This 24" bike could be a better alternative with 26" alike look but actually smaller in size(right?).

typically, 24" frames aren't made for the same kind of riding as dedicated 26 and 20 trials bikes. the geometry is more suitable for faster moves rather than static ones. the reach of the 24" bike is much shorter than 20 or 26, and the stays are usually longer to store more potential energy for bunny hops. they're not made to ride the same kind of style.
